Product Introduction:

High Shear Emulsifier|In-line Reactor can realize process operations such as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and mixing of materials under vacuum or pressure environments. It can be equipped with various high-efficiency macro agitators, high-shear homogenizing emulsifiers, reliable vacuum sealing systems and temperature control systems. Multiple sensing and detection systems can simulate industrial production in a laboratory environment.

Application Scope:

Used for dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization and dissolution in laboratories. Under vacuum or pressure conditions, the entire reaction processes of stirring, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion and mixing of materials can be observed through the glass reactor.

It can simultaneously measure the temperature, pressure, viscosity, pH, etc. of materials. It can also heat or cool materials.
